Applications:
2,2'-Azobis(2-methylpropionitrile) is oil-soluble azo polymer initiators widely used in polymer research and production.
1) As monomer polymerization initiator for vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, acrylonitrile;
2) As blowing agent for PVC, polyolefin, polyurethane, polyvinyl alcohol, copolymers of acrylonitrile with butadiene and styrene, poly-isocyanates, polyvinyl acetate, polyamides and polyesters;
3) Be used for organic synthesis reaction.
Storage:
Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Stay away from fire and heat. Base temperature of warehouse does not exceed 30℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%. The sealing packing should be kept separate from the oxidant, avoid mixing storage. The use of explosion-proof lighting, ventilation facilities. Mechanical equipment and tools to be prohibitedto use of easy to produce sparks. Storage areas should be equipped with appropriate material for leakage.
